Taymour et Chafika s'aiment depuis leur enfance, ils habitent l'un à coté de l'autre ce qui leur a permet de se rencontrer souvent, mais cela n'empêche pas d'avoir quelques accrochage entre les deux amoureux. le temps passe et Taymour travail comme officier de police et Chafika prend son doctorat et devienne ministre de l'environnement. Un jour Taymour reçoit l'ordre de ses supérieurs de devenir le chef de la sécurité de madame le ministre ce qui ne va pas lui plaire surtout qu'il voit en Chafika la petite voisine qui ne peut pas être un jour un ministre.
